The complete aggregate crushing plant includes feeding, screening, coarse crushing (jaw crusher), medium crushing (impact crusher / cone crusher), fine crushing (sand making machine), sand washing (wheel type sand washing machine), conveying and other steps. According to the size of raw materials and specifications of finished products of each user, the equipment can be adjusted appropriately. The specific process flow is as follows:

Firstly, under the action of vibrating feeder, the stone is sent to jaw crusher for preliminary crushing uniformly and continuously; secondly, the qualified stone after coarse crushing is sent to impact crusher / cone crusher for secondary crushing (i.e. medium crushing) by belt conveyor, and the unqualified stone needs to return to the upper level; then, the qualified material after medium crushing is sent to sand making machine by belt conveyor.For fine crushing, the unqualified one will return to the next level; if the user selects the fine crushing (i.e. sand making) step, he / she will decide whether to add a sand washing machine according to the demand, so as to make the finished aggregate cleaner. If the user does not need the fine crushing step, he / she will not need to configure a sand washing machine, and the qualified aggregate will be directly put into the finished product bin.
