Introduction:

Cement ball mill is mainly used in building materials, metallurgy, power and chemical industries, grinding various cement clinkers and other materials.

3. The self-aligning spindle is used to ensure the normal operation of the rotating part. The oil spoon, oil ring and oil supply lubrication of the automatic oil station are used to ensure the good lubrication of the cement mill.

Working process:

Firstly, the material enters the first bin of the mill uniformly through the hollow shaft screw of the feeding device. There are ladder lining plates or corrugated lining plates in the bin. The steel balls of different specifications are installed in the bin. The centrifugal force produced by the rotation of the cylinder brings the steel balls to a certain height and then falls down, which produces heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After coarse grinding, the cement ball mill enters the second bin through a single-layer baffle board, which is inlaid with a flat lining plate and contains steel balls to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharging grate plate to finish the grinding operation.
