1. Before the formal installation, the installation base shall be strictly screened, and in general, some hard enough ground like concrete shall be selected, so as to ensure the installation of the mobile crushing plant is firm.

2. When the mobile crushing plant is installed on the concrete base, it shall be fixed with anchor bolts. During the installation, attention shall be paid to the verticality of the main machine and the level. In addition, it is necessary to check whether the bolts of each part are loose and whether the fastening effect of the main machine door is good.

3. For the unit with vibration operation of mobile crushing plant pump, all fasteners shall be fastened during installation and before commissioning, and shall be checked regularly during production and operation, and fastened at any time.

4. If necessary during the installation of the mobile crushing plant and the site conditions permit, the feeding device shall be installed to ensure the uniformity and continuity of the feeding, to prevent the vibration of the whole station caused by the feeding on one side or less feeding when the time is too long, the bearing temperature rise on one side or both sides is too high, the power station is overloaded, etc.

5. When installing the mobile crushing plant, it is necessary to install a feeding device to remove foreign matters, so as to prevent some materials damaging the hammer crushing station from entering the fine crushing station, such as hard materials such as iron blocks, which will cause damage to hammer head (plate hammer) and other parts after entering the machine.

6. During the installation of mobile crushing plant, attention shall be paid to the irreversibility of the rotation direction of the crusher (the rotation direction arrow is marked on the pulley).

7. After all installations are completed, check the circuit details and prohibit immediate production. First, let all the mechanical equipment of the mobile crushing plant idle for 60 minutes, test the small material, and commission the transportation at the joint of the mobile crushing plant and the mobile screen machine as well as the consistent coordination between the discharge position and the height of the feed inlet and the forklift.
