Correct Installation Method of Raymond Mill

The installation of Raymond mill must be operated in sequence and step by step. Before installation of large-scale Raymond mill, the foundation needs to be prepared beforehand. The large-scale Raymond mills produced by Shuguang Heavy Machinery all have reducers. They need to dig pits on the ground and pour them with high-grade cement to install the reducer of Raymond mill. Medium-sized and small-sized Raymond mills do not need pits. It can be connected and installed on the cement floor.

Installation steps are divided into three steps:

1.According to the type of Raymond machine, the area is from more than ten square meters to tens of square meters. The base of main engine and fan must be made of concrete, and the equipment must be installed on a horizontal plane, so as to make the machine run smoothly. Therefore, the treatment of foundation often determines the subsequent installation work.

2. Installation of the main engine. The main engine is the heaviest part of the whole set of equipment of Raymond mill. It needs the assistance of crane or lifting tool. If there are no two kinds, we can use simple reverse chain. As long as the main engine can be lifted and placed on the base, we can generally reserve foot bolts when we make the base, and work in step. Place the main engine on the anchor bolt, level it with a horizontal ruler, and tighten it with a nut, so that the main engine can not shake.

3. Installation of fan. The fan and the main engine are linear, and there is a three-way connection in the middle. The base of the fan must be at the same level as the base of the main engine, and there must be no difference at all. Otherwise, the installation of the Raymond mill will cause greater vibration. When installing the fan, one thing to note is that the screw of the fan base can not be loosened. In order to stabilize the fan firmly, the machine must be leveled to avoid tilting vibration.

4. Installation of pipes and dust collectors. The standard equipments of Raymond mill are equipped with bag filter (some ultra-fine Raymond mills and high pressure Raymond mills are equipped with pulse filter, but relatively speaking, bag filter is inexpensive and practical, if the environmental requirements are not too high, it is recommended to use bag filter). Fix the filter first and extend according to the pipeline distance, delimit the dust collector part, do not need to make concrete foundation, then start connecting the pipeline, and finally install the large collector fixed, the correct installation of Raymond mill equipment is basically over.

After installation of Raymond mill, we must check all the connecting parts and fixed parts again. For some pipeline connections, the screw must be tightened. We must not lose the sealed asbestos rope, otherwise air leakage will occur.
