The working principle of Raymond mill:

The material that needs to be crushed is added into the machine from the hopper on the side of the hood, and revolves around the vertical axis by means of the roller grinding device suspended on the main machine plum blossom rack. At the same time, it rotates itself. Because of the centrifugal force during rotation, the roller swings outward and is pressed tightly on the grinding ring, so that the shovel cutter can lift the material and send it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. At the same time, this situation. In addition, the balance of air flow can be achieved by adjusting the residual duct between the fan and the main engine, and the surplus gas can be introduced into the small cyclone collector to collect the fine powder brought in by the residual gas. Finally, the upper exhaust duct of the small cyclone collector can be discharged into the atmosphere or introduced into the dust collector to purify the exhaust air. However, for the operator, the exhaust gas can be purified. The technical requirements of the staff are relatively high, and they need to be found and adjusted in time.

It is not difficult to see that Raymond mill is using wind to achieve the purpose of flour separation. If the material is too humid, it will stick to the inside of the machine and can not be sucked up by the flour separator. In this case, not only production will be reduced, but also the gas in the grinding room will be increased, and even the danger of machine explosion will occur.

Therefore, in summary of the above experience, Shuguang Heavy Machinery recommends that customers use Raymond mill to produce ore powder, to ensure that the material humidity can not exceed 6%, some materials are inflammable and explosive can be relaxed to 10%, if more than this moisture, it is recommended to use a wet ball mill.
