Solutions to roller crusher bearing high temperature

1. Check the grease grade, use the basic parameters, performance and scope of use of the grease to check whether it can be applied to the working condition of the roller crusher. If it does not, it should be immediately replaced with the applicable grease.

2. Check the amount of grease added to the bearing. If the grease is too small, the lubrication will be insufficient, causing dry friction and bearing damage and high temperature. If the grease is too much, the bearing will not dissipate heat, causing heat enrichment and high bearing temperature.So we should add grease according to the amount in the manual.

3. Check if the bearing is worn.Bearing will be damaged by high temperature. The operating condition should be observed, from sound, vibration, current, and check the actual situation with hydraulic fluctuations and open inspection of the end cover, and dispose of it in time.

4. Check if the cooling water system is normal. Check whether the water supply is sufficient by the water inlet and return water temperature and flow rate.
