In this case, the material door of the high-efficiency sand making machine should be reduced or closed immediately, or the feeding method can be changed, and the feeding amount can be controlled by increasing the feeder.

3. During the feeding process, you should always pay attention to the phenomenon that the deflection angle of the ammeter pointer is too large. If it exceeds the rated current, it indicates that the motor is overloaded, and the motor will be burned if overloaded for a long time. After this happens, the material door should be reduced or closed immediately. Or change the feeding method and control the feeding amount by adding the feeder.

4. When the compound pendulum jaw crusher has a large crushing ratio during the use, the material jam is relatively serious. The jaw plate wear of the jaw crusher is mainly formed by the extrusion of the material and the jaw plate, and the relative sliding of the fixed jaw plate material and the jaw plate is also the main cause of wear. For specific materials, the determination of the jaw plate wear distribution requires further analysis of the jaw plate force distribution during crushing.
