(1) Replacement conditions of liner

The liner of the jaw crusher mainly includes a fixed jaw liner and a movable jaw liner. The liners on both sides are the most easily worn out in the jaw crusher. The wear of the jaw plate is mostly in the middle and lower part. When the height of the jaw plate is worn down by 3/5, a new liner needs to be replaced. When the lining plates on both sides wear out by 2/5, they also need to be replaced.

(2) Conditions for shaft replacement

The shaft is an important part of the jaw crusher. If the shaft wears little, it can be turned on a lathe to make the shaft journal reach the correct geometric shape just to repair its geometric shape. However, after several such treatments, if the journal size is reduced by 5% compared to the original, this operation is not allowed, and a new shaft should be replaced.
