Requirements for lubricants used in mobile crushing plant

(1) The lubricant has strong stability. The volume of mobile crushing plant and oil tank are small, the amount of lubricant installed is also small, and the oil temperature is high when working, which requires that the lubricant has better thermal stability and oxidation resistance.

(2) The lubricant is corrosion resistant and can withstand contamination. Because the working environment is bad, coal dust, rock dust and water are large, the lubricant is inevitably polluted by these impurities, so the lubricant is required to have good anti rust, anti-corrosion and anti emulsifying properties. When the lubricant is polluted, its performance will not change too much, that is, the sensitivity to pollution should be small.

(3) The lubricant is less affected by temperature. When the mobile crushing plant works in the open air, the temperature changes greatly in winter and summer, and the temperature difference between day and night in some areas is also very large. Therefore, it is required that the viscosity of the lubricant should be small with the temperature. When the temperature is high, the oil viscosity will become too low to form a lubricating film, which can not play a lubricating role. At the same time, when the temperature is low, the viscosity is too high, which makes it difficult to start and operate.

(4) The lubricant has good flame resistance. For some machinery, such as mobile crushing plant, which is often used in mines prone to fire and explosion accidents, it is required to use lubricants with good fire resistance (fire-resistant fluid), and combustible mineral oil is not allowed.

(5) The lubricant has good sealing performance. The lubricant used has good adaptability to the seal to avoid damage to the seal.
