Preparation before driving

1. Check the auxiliary equipment-feeder, belt conveyor, electrical equipment, signal device is intact.

2. All cooling water devices should be unblocked and activated in advance.

3. Whether the eccentric point is at the upper part of the center line of eccentric shaft rotation.

4. Check whether the main components such as jaws, bearings, connecting rods, thrust plates, tie rod springs, pulleys and belts are intact; whether the fastening bolts and other connecting parts are loose; whether the protection device is complete; there are no obstacles near the running parts; There is no material in the crushing chamber.

5. Check whether the quantity of lubricating oil in the oil storage tank is sufficient. Winter oil should be preheated to 15 ~ 20 ℃.

6. Make preparations, and start up after contacting the adjacent positions.

Startup and normal operation

1. After preparing for the work, start the oil pump to supply oil to each lubricating part. When the oil return pipe has oil return and the oil pressure is expressed to the normal working pressure value, start the main motor, and the peak value of the starting current drops to the working current value after 30s , You can start the feeding equipment.

2. Prevent metal objects from entering the crusher to avoid equipment accidents. When it is found that there is a metal object passing through, it is necessary to immediately notify the transportation post to pick it out in time to prevent equipment accidents that cause the next process.

3. When the equipment is in normal operation, it is necessary to strictly implement the post tour inspection system, and find the problem and deal with it in time. The running parts, bearing temperature and lubrication system should be checked in detail.

4. When feeding, it should be evenly fed according to the size of the material block and the operation of the equipment. Because the mechanical arrangement of the quarry jaw crushing plant is very compact, it is generally not allowed to go to the equipment for maintenance and inspection during operation(refer to how does a mobile jaw crushing plant work).If the material is large and there are many materials in the crusher, the feeding amount should be appropriately reduced, and the phase reaction increases the feeding amount. Generally, the height of the material in the crushing cavity should not exceed 2/3 of the height of the crushing cavity. The size of the material block entering the crusher is preferably not more than 0.5 ~ 0.6 times the width of the feed inlet, at this time the production efficiency is higher. If the material block is too large, the production capacity will be significantly reduced, or even blockage occurs, so the large material should be broken and then fed.

5. When the electrical equipment is automatically tripped, it is strictly forbidden to continue to start when the cause is not found.

6. When the temperature of the bearing (or bearing bush) exceeds the specified value and the oil supply cannot be reduced even after increasing the amount of oil, the feeding should be reduced or stopped according to the situation, and then stopped for inspection.

7. Shut down immediately if there is a mechanical or personal accident. Always keep posts and equipment clean to reduce equipment wear.

Matters needing attention during shutdown

1. The shutdown sequence is opposite to the startup sequence. The feeder is stopped first, the materials are all crushed and discharged, then the crusher is stopped, and then the conveying equipment is stopped.

2. Shut down the oil supply system and the cooling water system after shutdown. The cooling water can be kept without stopping for a short time. After stopping the cooling water system in winter, the remaining circulating water in the bearings must be drained.

3. Establish equipment files and make operation and maintenance records.

4. Establish and improve operating procedures and equipment maintenance systems, and strictly abide by them to ensure personal safety and normal operation of equipment.
