(1) Preparation before starting:

(2) Boot sequence:

1. Start the bucket elevator;

2. Start the jaw crusher;

3. Start the analyzer after the material is stored in the silo;

5.start the Raymond mill host, and immediately start the electromagnetic vibration feeder at the start of the host. At this point, Raymond grinding work is the beginning.

Raymond mill daily maintenance and common sense:

1. During the use of Raymond mill, there should be fixed personnel responsible for the inspection, and the operator must have a certain level. 2. In order to make the Raymond mill normal, the equipment "equipment maintenance and safety operation system" should be established to ensure the long-term safe operation of the mill, as well as necessary maintenance tools and grease and corresponding accessories.

3. After using the Raymond mill for a period of time, it should be repaired and repaired. At the same time, the wearing parts such as the grinding roller and the blade should be repaired and replaced. 4. When the grinding roller device is used for more than 500 hours to replace the grinding roller, the rolling bearings in the roller sleeve must be cleaned, and the damaged parts should be replaced in time. The fueling tool can be manually pumped and greased.

5. The bearings are lubricated with No. 1 MOS2 grease or ZN-2 sodium bitter grease.

6. The grinding roller bearing refuels once every shift, the main center bearing is added once every 4 shifts, and the blower bearings are added once. The bearing room temperature rise shall not exceed 70 °C. When the bearing is overheated, the accessories such as the cleaning bearing and the bearing chamber shall be removed and cleaned once.
