Application of High Pressure Raymond Roller Mill

High-pressure Raymond grinding mill is mainly used for processing more than 600 kinds of superfine powder of feldspar, talc, barite, marble, limestone, carbon black, pottery and other materials. Its fineness ranges from 500 meshes to 2500 meshes, and its fineness can reach 3500 meshes. High-pressure Raymond grinding mill has a wide range of applications, which can grind various materials with hardness below 6 grades.

Working Principle: The high-pressure spring with inherent pressure of 1500-2000 kg is tightened on the grinding roll hanger of the main machine of the high-pressure roller mill. When the high-pressure grinding mill runs, the rollers rotate around the spindle, and under the action of high-pressure spring and centrifugal force, they roll close to the grinding ring. The pressure is 1.5 times higher than that of Raymond roller mill under the same power condition, and the output is higher. After the material enters the grinding chamber, it is rolled between the grinding roll and the grinding ring by the spade. After the grinding, the powder is brought into the analyzer with the circulating air of the blower. The qualified fine powder enters into the cyclone collector with the air flow, which is the finished product, and the large particle material falls back to grinding. The circulating air returns to the blower and repeats the above process, while the residual air enters the bag filter for purification.
