The discharge end of the micronized mill has the effect of suppressing the discharge of large particles, and the small particles can be discharged smoothly, while the large particles remain in the discharge. The mill continues to be ground, a function known as outlet grading. This function of the mill itself affects the time the material stays in the mill, and the different discharge modes have different inhibitory effects. In modeling, if you ignore this function, the large particle content of the model prediction value will be too large. To reflect this functionality, there are four ways to handle it: 1. Introduce a classification function in the model of the mill and return the graded return sand directly to the inlet of the mill. 2. Different axial speeds are used for different particle sizes to indicate the advancement of the particles within the mill, and thus may be equivalent to returning the graded return sand to the inlet of each mixer. 3. The expression of the crushing rate is modified. The idea of this method is that the large particles are inhibited from being discharged, which means that the average residence time of the large particles is long. Therefore, if the residence time of the large particles is the same as the residence time of other particles, At the same time, the breaking rate of large particles is accelerated and the breaking rate of small particles is slowed, which will achieve the same effect as the long residence time of large particles. This method is the same as the pseudo-time method. 4. The non-first-order crushing rate is adopted and the crushing rate increases with time, and the breaking rate of the large particles is increased faster, and the breaking rate of the small particles is increased more slowly, thereby achieving the large particle residence time.
