Wear method for lining plate of cement ball mill

Cement ball mill equipment is an indispensable part of the cement mill grinding and flour separation equipment, but in the process of using the cement ball mill, many users reflect that after a period of time, the liner of the cement ball mill will be worn and often stopped to replace the liner. The lining plate of ball mill is not only short in service life, but also high in production cost. It's really a headache. Based on years of experience, Shuguang machine cement ball mill technicians introduce several ways to avoid wear of cement ball mill lining plate:

1. The hardness index of medium is an important basis to determine the wear failure of liner. The higher the hardness, the shorter the service life of liner. On the contrary, the service life of liner increases. If there are too many other impurities (coal gangue, sand, stone) in the material, not only the heat is insufficient, but also the grindability is poor, which will inevitably lead to premature failure of the liner.

2. According to the analysis of the physical properties of liner material of cement ball mill, the matching problem of hardness and impact toughness is the main parameter affecting the anti-wear effect.

3. Bolts loosen and fall off, and some lining plates break off. If not replaced in time, the defects will gradually expand, which will endanger other lining plates or lead to tube deformation.

4. Because the steel ball falls in a waterfall state during the operation of the cement ball mill, it will produce an impact energy to the material and liner. The impact energy depends on the diameter of the steel ball and the cylinder of the ball mill.

5. Ball mill lining plate quality is poor, such as uneven, tube wall deformation, installation of lining plate and lining plate, lining plate and tube wall do not coincide with their own casting defects, mechanical properties, chemical composition did not meet the qualified requirements.

6. Abnormal discharging, improper adjustment, empty silo running state, some steel balls directly friction and impact the cylinder liner, resulting in cylinder wear. In this case, the fragmentation of ball mill liner and steel balls will greatly increase the wear opportunity.
